By using Yafe you agree to these terms. If you don't, you can't use the product.

The service
Yafe provides restaurant management software delivered as a hosted service, with POS, kitchen display, finance, and analytics modules.

Your account
You're responsible for the security of your account credentials and any activity that happens under them.

Data ownership
Your data is yours. You can export it any time. We never sell it or use it for advertising.

Acceptable use
No reverse engineering, no misuse, no illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

Liability
The service is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced 30 days before they take effect.
