Where it lives
Data is stored in the region selected during onboarding. Organisation-level isolation ensures your data stays yours.

Who can see it
You, your invited team members, and a small group of on-call engineers for support. All access is logged in the audit trail.

How long we keep it
For as long as you're a customer, plus 90 days for restoration. Longer only if legally required.
